Watermarks / Trademarks
Trevor Morris photographic retain the right to mark all images taken by them or their lincesors with: watermarks; trademarks; or logos. These said marks will be displayed on all proof copies supplied to clients.
In cases where Trevor Morris photographic has paid, part paid, entered into a trade situation whereby in this case, a model receives images for their time or, some financial consderation and images the Trademark or Logo will be displayed on the final fully edited image/s.
However for a financial consideration images will be realeased to the client unencumbered.
Exceptions
If a client pays Trevor Morris photographic to create images such marks would not be displayed on any final images, unless the client requests that such marks are displayed.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- publishing any Website material in any other media
- selling, sub-licensing and / or otherwise commercialising any Website material
- publicly performing and/or showing any Website material
- using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website
- using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website
