My Story

My name is Leona Maria Weichert.

I am relatively new to the modelling industry.  My first photoshoot was in August 2024.

I am based in Ipswich, Suffolk however I have family connections in Birmingham so with a little planning I could work there also.

I worked full time in the fast food and customer service industry for nearly three years.

before deciding to try modelling because I found it intimidating and wanted to get out of my comfort zone. It has been a fruitful experience and has given me more confidence, and I find it really fun.

My work

As well as modelling, I work as an extra. I have appeared in a music video.

I do not have a certain style (but I do prefer not to be naked). I am happy to be in a field of flowers or wearing gothic makeup, although photographers have told me I have “romantic” and “gentle” features.

One thing I am proud of is I have collaborated with a shop in Ipswich, Threads for All (https://www.threadsforall.co.uk/), modelling their clothing and showcasing the interior of the shop. They especially wanted people to know there were more things upstairs so I had a photoshoot on/by the stairs.

Since Ipswich, where I am based, is not a big city, I do travel a lot to get to photoshoots, but it does not bother me as I love travelling. Mostly, I go to London, but I have also been to Dublin and Hampshire (it helps that I have a railcard).
